Carefully selected ingredients and unusual flavour combinations. A sea buckthorn choux ring with cocoa crumble and mascarpone cream. A New York-style cheesecake on a buttery crust. A chocolate and raspberry mazurek with Belgian chocolate mousse and fruit curd. A classic apple pie with walnuts. A vegan brownie with a rich chocolate flavour.

Savoury

The savoury selection at the UNA music café and bookstore is a combination of classics and signature flavours. Chicken-celery quiche on a shortcrust base with a creamy filling, as well as a veggie version with mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, and tofu. A choux ring with smoked salmon, rocket, and a Philadelphia-based cheese spread. Light, yet filling dishes.

Specialty coffee

Specialty coffee means exceptional beans sourced from the world’s finest plantations, roasted with meticulous attention to detail. It delights with a wealth of aromas – from fruity and floral notes to chocolate and nutty undertones. The UNA music café and bookstore is one of the few places in Kraków where you can experience this.
