Małgorzata Gąsiorowska
Grażyna Bacewicz. W mojej muzyce dużo się dzieje
Małgorzata Gąsiorowska takes a close look at the life story, body of work, and artistic activity of Poland’s most famous female composer.

The music café and bookstore of PWM Edition (Polskie Wydawnictwo Muzyczne) is a unique landmark in the cultural life of Krakow. For over a century, the building at Rynek Główny 36 has been home to a thriving bookstore, publishing house, and hub of artistic activity – a tradition we proudly continue today. As we open a new chapter in its history, we aim to create a welcoming haven for everyone who cherishes the art of sound. Here, there is space both for the timeless melodies of the masters and for the daring experiments of contemporary composers.
After all, music is una – one.
At the UNA music café and bookstore, music lives not only through the sheet music, books, and records published by PWM. We explore its vibrant essence together through concerts, meetings with special guests, and educational workshops. We believe in music’s power to build community, which is why we have invited our neighbors – Krakow’s cultural institutions – to help co-create this space. Now, we invite you to join us and experience it firsthand.
